“They are really nice! – I was surprised to actually get a PERSON on the phone after calling so many pool services who wanted me to leave a message and they would call me back. They had me explain the problem, gave me the number of their technician, and I called him. He also answered! He told me that he didn’t want me to waste money having him come out when I could fix the pool with a small part. He told me what part, and where to get it for less. I installed the part today. They would never show up, over charge, etc. Dive-In is very reasonably priced, and so far, seem to be doing exactly what they say they are going to do in a timely fashion. This is very important to me considering I live out of state, rent out my house with the pool, and do not trust tenants to take care of it.
